Pure Water Partners in Sandpoint, ID seeks an experienced Account Manager to engage with customers, resolve delinquencies, and maintain positive long-standing relationships. As an on-site, full-time role, you will communicate by phone, email, and written correspondence; you will update records, work toward unpaid account resolutions, and be eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections, customer service, sales, retail or motivation to learn a new skill
• High level of trust and integrity
• Skilled in negotiation
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Computer experience and proficiency – MS Word, Excel and other business programs
