Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Collections Supervisor in Niles, IL, to lead and mentor collections specialists while driving AR objectives and KPI outcomes. The role emphasizes process improvements, collaboration with sales, and proactive communication with leadership.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $82,080 to $102,600 plus an annual target bonus, along with a solid benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 7–9+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership experience.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree or CPA.

Responsibilities

• The Collections Supervisor will train and mentor collections specialists in a dynamic environment to achieve the company’s accounts receivable objectives.
• Oversee team metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and KPI outcomes for collection specialists.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies, creating a best-in-class back-end process that ensures exceptional customer service.
• Proactively address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and facilitate customer conference calls to resolve account discrepancies and billing issues.
• Deliver comprehensive reports on collections metrics, foster strong relationships with sales teams to optimize cash collection, and support the bad debt review process and cash collection forecasting.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• The Collections Supervisor will train and mentor collections specialists in a dynamic environment to achieve the company’s accounts receivable objectives
• As a Collections Supervisor, you will oversee team metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and key performance indicator (KPI) outcomes for collection specialists
• You will identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies, creating a best-in-class back-end process that ensures exceptional customer service
• You will proactively address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and facilitate customer conference calls to resolve account discrepancies and billing issues

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant
