Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Collections Supervisor in the Chicago area to lead a team of collections specialists and drive accounts receivable results. The role trains staff, oversees KPIs, and implements process improvements to improve cash collection and customer service.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 7–9+ years, plus leadership experience.

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Collections Supervisor will train and mentor collections specialists in a dynamic environment to achieve the company’s accounts receivable objectives.
• Oversee team metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and KPI outcomes for collection specialists.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies and create a best-in-class back-end process for exceptional customer service.
• Proactively address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and facilitate customer conference calls to resolve account discrepancies and billing issues.
• Deliver comprehensive reports on collections metrics, foster relationships with sales teams to optimize cash collection, and support bad debt review and cash forecasting.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $82,080 - $102,600 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• The Collections Supervisor will train and mentor collections specialists in a dynamic environment to achieve the company’s accounts receivable objectives
• As a Collections Supervisor, you will oversee team metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and key performance indicator (KPI) outcomes for collection specialists
• You will identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies, creating a best-in-class back-end process that ensures exceptional customer service
• You will proactively address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and facilitate customer conference calls to resolve account discrepancies and billing issues
• You will deliver comprehensive reports on collections metrics, foster strong relationships with sales teams to optimize cash collection, and support the bad debt review process and cash collection forecasting
• Other duties as assigned
