Job summary

• Experience in accounts receivable collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor collections specialists to meet AR objectives.
• Oversee team metrics, policies, and KPI outcomes for collectors.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies and customer service.
• Address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and resolve billing issues.
• Deliver reports on collections metrics and support bad debt review and cash forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $82,080 - $102,600 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• The Collections Supervisor will train and mentor collections specialists in a dynamic environment to achieve the company’s accounts receivable objectives
• As a Collections Supervisor, you will oversee team metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and key performance indicator (KPI) outcomes for collection specialists
• You will identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies, creating a best-in-class back-end process that ensures exceptional customer service
• You will proactively address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and facilitate customer conference calls to resolve account discrepancies and billing issues
• You will deliver comprehensive reports on collections metrics, foster strong relationships with sales teams to optimize cash collection, and support the bad debt review process and cash collection forecasting
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant
