Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Niles, IL is seeking a full-time sales support specialist who can generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and cross-selling. You’ll handle customer transactions, process orders, and promote promotional items to grow average order size.

The role requires at least a high school diploma (GED) with 0–2 years of related experience; 21+ years old. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement and vacation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or 1 year of sales experience or beverage sales experience (6 months).

Position responsibilities:

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner
• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and quantities
• Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns
• Educate customers about products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Setup and maintain electronic customer files
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, or 1 year of sales work experience, or 6 months of previous beverage sales experience
