Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of collections experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and record in the database.
• Maintain notes of collection activities in NCC systems.
• Document collection efforts and payments accurately.
