Job summary

Nationwide Credit Corporation in Alexandria, VA seeks aClient Service Liaison to support our client service team. You will analyze data, generate reports, and resolve client issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities for clients, monitoring workflow, ensuring on-time deliverables, and communicating client requirements across departments. Strong Excel, Word, and Access skills are preferred. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three years of successful experience in a customer service role.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation with management, coworkers and clients.
• The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Highly efficient time management and prioritization skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage to meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
• Collections software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and monitor activity for all assigned clients.
• Monitor business flow to ensure proper distribution to collection floor.
• Drive compliance of client deliverables to meet on time delivery objectives.
• Immediately resolve any delays and concerns to client satisfaction.
• Responsible for data analysis, reports, audits and reconciliations.
• Communicate client requirements to internal departments and update documentation as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Track and resolve client issues. To include monthly reports and follow up.
• Daily Back-up to coworkers assuming full relief of assigned duties as needed.
• Meet client guidelines and have clear understanding of client policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
