You will handle calls, document interactions, and strive to meet performance goals with coaching support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience in billing or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with trust and discretion.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
