Job summary

Starting salary up to $20/hour with on-site training at 1400 Citi Cards Way, Jacksonville, FL 32258. After training, there may be a Home Office Program for remote work if performance and conditions allow.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing, collections, or service role.
• Proven negotiation abilities under pressure.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts by handling outbound calls to reach resolutions.
• Follow procedures and select actions for complex situations.
• Drive collections activity using available tools and resources.
• Assess risk and ensure actions comply with policies and regulations.
