• Review customer credits, returns, and account adjustments
• Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections
• Assist with invoice inquiries, payment issues, and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate AR records
• Support additional AR and accounting responsibilities as needed

Work Schedule: 100% on-site, M-F, 8 AM-12 PM (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $25-$28/hr DOE + 401(k) with up to 4% Employer Contribution

Salary: $25-$28 per hour

This role will focus on customer collections, resolving outstanding balances, researching account discrepancies, and maintaining strong customer relationships while working closely with the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections, including outbound customer calls and payment follow-ups
• Research and resolve outstanding balances, overdue invoices, and account discrepancies
• Review customer credits, returns, and account adjustments
• Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections
• Assist with invoice inquiries, payment issues, and account reconciliations

Requirements
