Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections, including outbound calls and payment follow-ups
• Research and resolve balances, overdue invoices, and discrepancies
• Review credits, returns, and account adjustments
• Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections
• Assist with invoice inquiries, payment issues, and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate AR records
• Support additional AR and accounting responsibilities as needed
