Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Full-Time Covered Care agent in Las Vegas, NV to handle inbound and outbound calls and negotiate payment plans for past-due accounts. This on-site role offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential up to $3,000, plus additional incentive opportunities.

You will reach out to customers, set up payments, use skip-tracing tools when needed, and maintain accurate notes while meeting performance and compliance standards in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• At least one year of consumer collections experience in a high call-volume environment.
• Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible schedule with overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to set up payments and negotiate plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing friendly, professional support.
• Reach out to customers to set up payments or create plans to resolve past-due accounts.
• Negotiate fair payment solutions while meeting performance goals.
• Keep detailed notes on all interactions and actions.
