Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Proper grammar and email etiquette.
• Type a minimum of 35 WPM.
• Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overtime and weekends.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) welcomed but not required.
• Auto Collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an auto-dial system and train as needed.
• Set up payment plans for early delinquent accounts.
• Answer inbound calls with friendly, professional support.
• Use empathy to find fair, personalized solutions.
• Follow company guidelines to ensure proper handling of each interaction.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals.
• Work with customers to arrange payments or plans to resolve past-due accounts.
