Job summary

Westlake Financial Services in Las Vegas is seeking an on-site Collections Agent for early to mid-stage recovery. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with potential monthly bonus up to $3,000 and a kicker from $100 to $750 if goals are exceeded.

Positions require excellent communication, negotiation, and adherence to FDCPA laws. You will handle calls, set up payment plans, locate delinquent accounts, document all interactions, and work toward reducing delinquency while maintaining quality and compliance

Qualifications

• At least one year of consumer collections experience in a high-call-volume environment.
• Understanding of collection laws, including FDCPA.
• Proficient with data entry and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls following policy.
• Reach out to customers to set up payments or create plans.
• Negotiate fair payment solutions while meeting goals.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes on interactions and actions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and management.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers when needed.
• Contribute to department goals by reducing delinquency and ensuring quality/compliance.
• Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced team environment.
• Protect confidential information related to customers and accounts.
