Job summary

You will handle customer service on collections issues, process refunds and adjustments, monitor assigned accounts, and work with customers, dealers and Canon entities to resolve delinquencies and disputes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate inter-departmentally.
• Proven analytical problem-solving and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and process refunds/adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts; handle reconciliations and credit memos.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and Canon entities.
