The ideal candidate has 1 year of collections or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and key systems like Salesforce, Unified Desktop, and Leasewave.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Collections/Customer Service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work within a team and across departments to meet service levels.
• Analytical problem solving and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SalesForce, Unified Desktop, Leasewave is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage past-due accounts (1–30 days and beyond 31 days).
• Provide customer service on collection issues and process refunds/adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts; perform reconciliations and credit memos.
• Build relationships with Customers, Dealers, and Canon entities.
• Resolve issues timely and escalate when needed for resolution.
• Reduce delinquency and ensure timely payment policies.
