LendKey Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Collections Associate to support borrowers and cosigners on past-due accounts. You will conduct outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and guide customers through repayment options with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and document-focused discipline. Hybrid work is offered, with some in-office days and training provided to ensure quality outcomes for both customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, loan servicing, or customer support is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to counsel, problem-solve, and negotiate with confidence.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound collection calls to borrowers and cosigners on past-due accounts.
• Negotiate and establish payment arrangements aligned with borrower capability and company policy.
• Counsel borrowers with professionalism to explain repayment options.
• Assist with resolving delinquent loan balances through cash collections or forbearance when appropriate.
• Demonstrate knowledge of loan products, systems, and collections processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of borrower information at all times.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, including FDCPA and bankruptcy laws.
• Accurately document all collection activity and borrower communications in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve borrower concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance goals for collections and customer engagement.
