Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one year of collections experience is required.
• Additional experience in accounts receivable, billing and/or customer service in a call center is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review account status reports to identify and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Provide quality customer service and collections in a high-volume, multi-channel contact center.
• Review aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and initiate collection contact.
• Research and resolve billing errors, disputes, and cash application issues to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with field personnel to develop and monitor collection strategies.
• Assist in training associates on collections procedures and systems.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
