You will handle a steady flow of calls, negotiate plans, and maintain records across multiple systems while upholding compliance and quality. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of experience in customer service, contact centers, collections, or a related client-facing role

Responsibilities

• Drive consumer engagement with inbound and outbound calls to resolve balances.
• Negotiate and problem-solve to create viable repayment plans.
• Master multi-system navigation for real-time updates and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records across digital channels.
