Job summary

TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, is hiring a Collections Specialist to guide consumers through repayment with empathy and clarity. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels to resolve balances and negotiate viable repayment plans.

This onsite role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and strict compliance within a fast-paced environment. The position starts with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED along with 1

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, contact centers, collections, or a related client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey across inbound/outbound dialing, email, and other channels to resolve balances.
• Negotiate viable repayment plans by understanding customers’ financial circumstances.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments in internal systems.
• Uphold compliance with collection procedures, client standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by managing daily queue to meet KPIs.
