Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review customer aging and identify past-due items for collection.
• Analyze accounts and resolve complex billing disputes with assistance from relevant departments.
• Make collection calls and send communications to delinquent accounts.
• Prepare documentation for warehouse liens and coordinate with third-party agencies as directed.
• Maintain a follow-up system to ensure resolution of delinquent items.
• Investigate and resolve overpayments and deductions; prepare management reports as needed.
• Coordinate information between customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
