Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Collections Specialist to support effective collections processing and maintain positive customer relationships.

You will review customer accounts, resolve billing disputes, manage delinquent items, and coordinate with third-party agencies to facilitate prompt payments. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, at least two years in collections or accounts-related roles, experience with Oracle accounts receivable, and strong Excel reporting

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of collections, accounting, or customer-service experience.
• Experience with Oracle accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in MS Word and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to analyze accounts and resolve billing disputes using spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer aging and identify past-due items.
• Analyze accounts and resolve complex disputes with other departments.
• Make collection calls and send communications to delinquent accounts.
• Prepare documentation for warehouse liens and coordinate with third-party agencies.
• Manage a follow-up system to ensure timely resolution of delinquencies.
• Investigate overpayments and deductions and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate information between customers and internal parties to prompt payments.
