You will monitor aging, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with customers and internal partners to drive process improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in AR, accounting or finance within order to cash.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with a large ERP.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
• Proactively monitor AR aging and resolve issues, discrepancies, and inquiries timely.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify trends, discrepancies and potential risks.
• Evaluate accounts for risk of non-collection and recommend holds or plans.
• Review unapplied and on-account cash to ensure accurate posting.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to drive resolution.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert for critical AR processes.
