Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Research and resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and account-related issues.
  • Monitor aging reports, document collection activities, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Partner with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service teams to resolve outstanding account concerns.
