Find Great People is hiring several Collections Specialist for a financial services firm in Greenville, SC (fully onsite). This is a true collections role—heavy inbound/outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangements, setting up payment plans, resolving disputes, and documenting activity accurately. The pay is $24/hr during the initial contract period (contract-to-hire based on job performance).

Responsibilities:

• Actively work delinquent accounts, helping consumers to resolve outstanding balances through outbound and inbound phone communication
• Set up payment plans, negotiating and conducting settlement-in-full discussions
• Dispute resolutions and active follow-up until payment is received and confirmed

Schedule: Night shift Mon–Thurs 9:00 AM–8:00 PM (training begins on a day schedule for the first 2 weeks from 8 -5, then final 4 weeks schedule will be night shift.)

Start date: Monday, Nov 30, 2026 (must be available).

What we’re looking for:

• Prior collections and negotiation experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
• Comfortable asking for payment, overcoming objections, and working in a metric-driven environment
