Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Collection Agency Network Coordinator to support the management of its third-party collection agency network. You will serve as a liaison between internal partners and external agencies, helping ensure account placements, collection activities, reporting, and partner performance are managed accurately and effectively.

You will maintain agency relationships, monitor SLAs, support compliance, and identify opportunities to improve recovery processes and overall network

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, vendor coordination, or recovery operations.
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable and collection processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, referral, placement, and ongoing management of accounts with approved collection agencies.
• Manage relationships and daily communication with third-party agency partners.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries, discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Monitor agency performance, SLAs, and collection results.
• Prepare and maintain reports on collection performance, past-due trends, and recoveries.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, payment history, and agency communications.
• Review data between internal systems and agency records to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure agency activities comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
• Escalate concerns as appropriate and support recovery strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
