Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead the collections team and optimize cash flow. You will drive DSO reduction, manage relationships with regional CX and AR partners, and coach a team of CX Supervisors and Specialists.

You will partner with cross-functional groups to remove payment roadblocks and protect customer relationships while meeting portfolio targets and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading Back Office, Accounts Receivable, Collections functions, Customer Service in a multi-business unit distribution environment.
• 3+ years motivating, influencing, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overdue account management and portfolio collections.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce DSO and past-due balances.
• Coordinate with regional CX teams, credit/AR, and leadership on collections performance.
