Qualifications

• Previous office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customer service experience is preferred. Experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for callers and provide superb customer service.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and document all actions in the account systems.
• Research accounts to determine contact information for individuals and businesses.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and help meet production objectives.
