You will be the first point of contact for government-collection clients, handling calls, documenting actions, and researching account details in our systems while contributing to team goals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a focus on customer service.
