Job summary

Ffe-Transportation-Services,-Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounts receivable clerk to support our billing and collections efforts in Texas. You will contact customers by phone and email to collect on delinquent accounts and record financial statuses.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to read and interpret written communications. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of clerical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Great computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; telephone communication is a must.
• Read, analyze and interpret verbal & written communications; must be a problem solver.
• Minimum high school degree and 3-5 years of clerical work experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone and email to collect on delinquent accounts.
• Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
• Review collection reports daily.
• Daily billing process (Billing customer for freight charges).
• Outgoing mail.
