Job summary

QCHI seeks qualified individuals for a COLLECTIONS role with generous bonus potential. The position allows remote work after a 90 day onsite training period, based at the Lenexa corporate offices.

Starting pay is $18 per hour and requires at least 1 year of collections experience with a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include negotiating payment arrangements, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining strong attendance.

QCHI is currently seeking qualified individuals for a COLLECTIONS position with GENEROUS BONUS POTENTIAL.

Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of a 90 day onsite training period.

This position will be based out of our corporate offices located at 8208 Melrose Drive Lenexa, KS 66214.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance.
• Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
• Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge.
• Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must.
• Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team.
• Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure.
• Maintain and provide excellent service and superior experience for all.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of collections experience. Additional call center experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift. 9am-6pm M-F with an hour for lunch.

Supplemental Pay

• Generous bonus potential.

Work Location

• Corporate office with the possibility of remote work after successful completion of 90 day training period.
• Sign on bonus paid in two payments of $250, the first at 90 days of employment and the second at 6 months of employment. Bonus payments subject to normal payroll taxes.
