QCHI is currently seeking qualified individuals for a COLLECTIONS position with GENEROUS BONUS POTENTIAL.
Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of a 90 day onsite training period.
This position will be based out of our corporate offices located at 8208 Melrose Drive Lenexa, KS 66214.

Pay: Starting at $18 per hour.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance.
- Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances.
- Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge.
- Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must.
- Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team.
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure.
- Maintain and provide excellent service and superior experience for all.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of collections experience. Additional call center experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

Schedule
- 8-hour shift. 9am-6pm M-F with an hour for lunch.
Supplemental Pay
- Generous bonus potential.

- High school or equivalent.

- Collections: 1 year (Minimum)
Work Location
- Corporate office with the possibility of remote work after successful completion of 90 day training period.
- Sign on bonus paid in two payments of $250, the first at 90 days of employment and the second at 6 months of employment. Bonus payments subject to normal payroll taxes.
