QC Holdings, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals for a COLLECTIONS position with generous bonus potential. Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area, and selected candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of a 90 day onsite training period.

This position will be based out of our corporate offices at 8208 Melrose Drive Lenexa, KS 66214, and focuses on collecting delinquent loans in compliance with company, local, state and federal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of collections experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers by resolving past due balances with negotiated payment arrangements or refinance.
• Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve loan balances.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliability as an essential requirement.
• Work in a call center team, remotely or on-site, and collaborate with peers and management.
• Meet or exceed goals and standards set by management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce loss exposure.
• Provide excellent service and a superior experience for all customers.

QCHI is currently seeking qualified individuals for a COLLECTIONS position with GENEROUS BONUS POTENTIAL.

Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of a 90 day onsite training period.

This position will be based out of our corporate offices located at 8208 Melrose Drive Lenexa, KS 66214.

Responsible for collecting on delinquent and defaulted loans. Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal policy, procedures and laws.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance.
• Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
• Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge.
• Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must.
• Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team.
• Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure.
• Maintain and provide excellent service and superior experience for all.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8-hour shift. 9am-6pm M-F with an hour for lunch.

Supplemental Pay:

Education:

Work Location:

• Corporate office with the possibility of remote work after successful completion of 90 day training period.

*Sign on bonus paid in two payments of $250, the first at 90 days of employment and the second at 6 months of employment. Bonus payments subject to normal payroll taxes.
