Qualifications

• Minimum one year of collections experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers by negotiating payment arrangements or refinancing.
• Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve balances.
• Maintain predictable attendance; work in call center environment.
• Acquire extensive product, system, process, and site knowledge.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet goals and standards.
• Identify process improvements to reduce loss exposure.
