Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to discuss financial situations with a member over the phone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office apps.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST with occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Contact members following prescribed Collection strategy by phone, text, email, and mail to develop plans to bring accounts current.
• Update files and system accounts, maintaining a detailed written record of all communications.
• Perform account research as needed.
