Job summary

Westlake Financial seeks an Account Manager I for mid- to late-stage collections in Las Vegas. This in-office role requires living within commutable distance to the Las Vegas office and delivering strong customer service on inbound/outbound calls.

You will handle negotiations, document interactions, and work under FDCPA guidelines in a fast-paced environment with incentive opportunities tied to department performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one-year consumer collection experience in a high call volume, auto dialer environment required.
• General knowledge of collection, and repossession.
• Auto collection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service.
• Initiate outbound calls to secure payment or timely arrangements.
• Negotiate payment solutions while maintaining productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate notes and records of all communications on accounts.
• Engage with management and customers to resolve concerns and complaints.
• Conduct skip-tracing to generate potential leads.
• Review accounts for repossession activity based on factors.
• Help reduce delinquency and protect confidentiality of information.
