Westlake Financial is seeking a 60-Day Collector in Las Vegas, NV to help reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio. You will negotiate payment plans, make outbound calls, and meet daily/ monthly goals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collections, FDCPA knowledge, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a collections environment preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and debt collection practices.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers to develop payment plans.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly goals.
• Make outbound calls to secure payments and arrangements.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve department goals.
• Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers or collateral.
