Job summary

The position offers a base pay of $17.28 per hour plus performance-based incentives. A high school diploma is required, with at least one year of consumer collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing inbound and outbound calls while maintaining policy adherence.
• Initiate outbound calls to collect payments or arrange payment plans.
• Negotiate payment solutions and document all actions.
• Maintain accurate notes on customer accounts and activity.
• Engage in active listening and resolve concerns and complaints.
