STAY SAFE ALERT INC in Utah is seeking a Collection Specialist and Customer Service professional to monitor accounts for overdue payments and contact clients to collect funds. The role requires strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

You will maintain accurate documentation, report to management, and support customer service through effective account resolution. Excellent communication and knowledge of debt collection laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, a college degree is preferred
• Previous experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar position
• Understanding of collection techniques
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer databases
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
