Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar position.
• Understanding of collection techniques.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer databases.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
