Collection Specialist – San Antonio, TX

LK Jordan is currently seeking Collection Specialists for a law firm in San Antonio.

Starting Pay: $19.50/hr (Non-Bilingual) $20.50/hr (Bilingual)

Schedule Options: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 1 Saturday per month OR Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview: Collection Specialists handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with resolving outstanding accounts. Representatives typically make 100–150 calls per day using a combination of automated dialing and incoming calls.
