Pathfinders, Inc is seeking a Collections Specialist to contact customers with past-due accounts, negotiate payment options, and help resolve delinquent balances. The role requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to handle difficult conversations.

You will work with the team to meet collection goals, maintain accurate account notes, and use CRM and skip tracing tools. Prior experience in auto loan or consumer lending is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of collections experience preferred.
• Auto loan or consumer lending experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers about overdue payments.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
