Job summary

Revco Solutions Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Full-Time Collection Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls regarding customer balances and work toward payment or resolution.

The role offers a base pay of $15 per hour with a monthly performance bonus after training and a potential hybrid schedule after 90 days. Qualifications

• One year of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred.

• Maintain accurate account information and document interactions per policy.
• Follow company procedures and comply with applicable regulations.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialist with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus!

Position:

We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

Schedule: 9-5 during training. 8a-5p and 1 day 10a-7p

Preferred:

• One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
• Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, One Shift 10am-7pm per week
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
