Job summary

Revco Solutions Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Collection Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls about balances and work toward timely payments. The role is on-site in Dayton, with a schedule of 8-5 and one evening shift 10-7 local time, Monday through Friday.

Training and strong benefits accompany the position. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma and solid communication skills, with preference for call center experience and the ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding customer balances and payment arrangements.
• Work with customers toward resolution and payment plans.
• Provide accurate information and document interactions in the system.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus!

Requirements
