The role offers a base pay of $15 per hour with a monthly performance bonus after training and a potential hybrid schedule after 90 days. Qualifications

• One year of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills required.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and work toward payment or resolution.
• Maintain accurate account information and document interactions per policy.
• Follow company procedures and comply with applicable regulations.
