Job summary

Revco Solutions Inc. in Omaha, NE is hiring a Full-Time Collection Specialist to manage customer balances through inbound and outbound calls. You will work toward payment arrangements and resolutions while learning their tools and processes.

The role is on-site with a schedule of 8-5 and one evening shift (10-7 local). Competitive base pay of $15/hour plus a monthly performance bonus, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus!

Position

We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
