Job summary

Williams, Rush & Associates LLC in Dallas is seeking an experienced 3rd Party Collection Specialist to negotiate and collect outstanding balances. You will manage outbound and inbound calls, locate debtors using skip-tracing tools, and set up payment arrangements while maintaining clear account documentation and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and bilingual abilities
