Job summary

Kapnick Insurance in Michigan is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to build long-term client and carrier relationships. You will proactively manage services and work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client requests via phone, mail, or email promptly.
• Prepare binders, certificates, change requests, invoices, and billing questions.
• Provide new business orientation to clients and ensure smooth implementation when carriers change.
• Coordinate proposals, information, and analysis to support sales and renewals.
• Work with Client Executives and Account Executives to discuss marketing options and carrier relations.
• Maintain expiration lists and coordinate auto ID mailings.
• Process bonds, flood coverage, and cancellations as needed.
