Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry (5+ years) preferred.
• Licensure in Property & Casualty preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests via phone, mail, or email in a timely manner.
• Create and manage client documentation (binders, certificates, change requests) following procedures.
• Prepare invoices and manage billing questions, credits, and premium allocations.
• Provide new business orientation to clients and ensure smooth implementation when carriers change.
• Review and update client operations and exposures to risk for new and renewal accounts.
• Coordinate proposals and supporting materials for CE to write and renew accounts.
• Maintain carrier relations and review policy checking discrepancies.
