Job summary

Kapnick Insurance Group seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to build long-term client relationships and proactively manage services with clients and carriers. You will coordinate proposals, insurance changes, and renewals, while maintaining strong carrier relations and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

You will interact with Client Executives and Account Executives to enhance the client experience and support a high standard of service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client requests via phone, mail, FAX or email promptly.
• Create binders, certificates, change requests and related items accurately.
• Prepare invoices, monitor billing and resolve billing issues.
• Provide new business orientation and smooth carrier change implementations.
• Review client operations for risk exposure and gather information for renewals.
