Netwrix Corporation is seeking an End User Productivity & Collaboration Administrator to drive adoption, optimization, and support of digital workplace tools across the enterprise. You will ensure Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom are effectively deployed, governed, and continuously improved.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Familiarity with user lifecycle and group lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom).
• Develop training and onboarding resources for users.
• Governance, security, and lifecycle management of groups/content.
• Use Power BI and usage analytics to track adoption and metrics.
• Lead Tier 2 support for collaboration tools and coordinate with vendors.
• Evaluate AI tools to improve UX and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and department leads to align strategy.
